
IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST in BPO

Be responsible for primary user support and customer service
a. Respond to queries from all calls, portal, emails, chats from the client
b. Become familiar with each client and their respective applications/ processes
c. Learn fundamental operations of commonly-used software, hardware and other equipment
d. Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software
e. Ensure that the scorecard is maintained as per SoW with respect to TAT, SLA & hits
f. Manage all queries or escalate if not resolve as per the defined helpdesk policies and framework
Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

Shift Schedule: Night shift/Shifting Schedule
Start date: ASAP
Site: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Offer:
- Earn as much as 30,000 to 38,000 basic plus 2,400 Allowance (conditions apply)
- 25,000 sign on bonus ( 3 years & up ITSD Exp, depends on account)
- 20% Night differential
- HMO Day 1
- other benefits will be discussed upon Job Offer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years total experience in ITSD BPO. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have handled international accounts only; local BPO experience is not accepted.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD). Must have experienced handling software and hardware issues.
- Non-voice BPO experience is not accepted.
- Demonstrates good to excellent communication skills.
- No to short stints – Hopper (Potential Attrition)
