We are hiring for IT Service desk analyst role in Quezon City

START DATE: ASAP (Must be unemployed and willing to start this September)

An IT Service Desk job involves providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and acting as a first point of contact for IT inquiries, ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.

SERVICE DESK ANALYST (1 year +)

EARN UP TO 26,000 to 40,000 PACKAGE (max offer)

SALARY: 23,600 to 37,600 basic + 2,400 Non Taxable Allowance

On the top of your package: + 20% Night differential Pay

HMO on day 1 and more..

(Salary offer will based on your previous salary, max of 40k package)

  • AT LEAST 1 YEARS Solid IT SERVICE DESK International experience (Must be seen to your resume)
  • Must have experience in using SERVICE NOW, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, TROUBLESHOOTING in Software, Hardware, Printers and Internet Issues.
  • No to Hopper
  • Must have BPO Experience
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Willing to START ASAP and work onsite in Centris, Quezon City (Not rendering/ Employed)
  • Must be residing near Centris, Quezon City (or accessible going here)
  • At least HS Grad/ SHS Grad/ Associate or College Graduate (Must have diploma or TOR)

- What are the other skills for this account? With software & hardware troubleshooting, end users, SNOW, Active Directory, MS365, VPN, Citrix, MS Teams, MS Outlook.

- Service desk job title/ experience must be seen in your updated resume.

- Not more than 38,000 previous salary package. (more than 38k previous salary will not be considered)

TO QUALIFIED, MUST HAVE THE FF:

- More than 1 year Service Desk International Experience

- Must have BPO International Experience

- Previous salary is not more than the maximum offer

- Expected salary must be aligned with the offer range

- Must be residing/ accessible to Quezon City ( Max of 60-90 mins travel time/ Accessible to MRT)

- NOT EMPLOYED (Can start ASAP this month)

- Willing to work onsite

- Must have experience and knowledge in SERVICE NOW, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, TROUBLESHOOTING etc.

- Has COE, Diploma or TOR, 1 Month Pay slip and other government requirements

- with B2B Experience

Asking for more than the maximum offer and looking for WFH set-up will not be considered.
