Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Experience with recruitment, benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and issues
  • Processing payroll data and ensuring accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ensuring compliance with mandatory benefits, such as: (SSS, PHIC & HDMF)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
