Job Summary

The Project-in-Charge is responsible for overseeing the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring that works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily project operations at the site.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, accomplishment reports, and site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, company procedures, and project specifications.
  • Address site issues, risks, and concerns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper implementation of approved plans, drawings, and work schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as Project-in-Charge or Site Engineer.
  • Experience in steel fabrication, structural works, or construction projects is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in construction methods, site management, and safety standards.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites and work extended hours if required.
