About the role

As a Project in Charge (Mechanical Engineer) at TRITECH MACROSYSTEM INC.', you will oversee the mechanical engineering aspects of the company's projects. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the successful delivery of complex mechanical engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical engineering projects
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  3. Oversee the development of mechanical engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
  4. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  5. Proficient in the use of CAD software and project management tools
  6. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the mechanical engineering industry
  7. Ability to work well in a team and lead cross-functional collaborations
