JOB SUMMARY

The Project in Charge is accountable for managing all aspects of a project - from planning and execution to completion and evaluation of modular and joinery scope. The PIC is also responsible for ensuring quality of workmanship, installation, safety and housekeeping on site. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing project resources, identifying and mitigating project risks and weekly progress reporting and documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Implementation:

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
  • Identify project dependencies and critical path activities
  • Conduct final site measurements prior fabrication to ensure correctness of shop drawings with actual site condition and/or other consideration
  • Prepares Material Requests (MR) and Job Orders (JO) for production line-up
  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and with quality standards
  • Ensure that all concerns are addressed within 24 hours, through calls, texts or e-mails.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Conduct regular team meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, anticipate potential problems and proactively address them.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Management:

  • Efficiently manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Ensure that modifications are documented, justified and approved by relevant stakeholders
  • Manage change orders promptly and establish weekly meetings with internal stakeholders to review project status and formulate action items.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to minimize or achieve zero punchlist

Project Completion and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports and records
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference
  • Ensure smooth project closure, including final deliverables and documentation achieving excellent quality
  • Prepare and submit project completion reports and evaluations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify success and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
