This is an on-site role for a Project Manager In-charge/ Area Project Manager at Prime Citi Construction Management Inc. The Project Manager In-charge/ Area Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the general contractor, ensuring the project/s are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing tasks related to project management, quality assurance, contract management, and risk management. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and project stakeholders, requiring strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in the Civil Engineering Field
  • Civil Engineering and Architectural Experience
  • Knowledge in Project QA/QC, supervision, cost estimating and computer literacy
  • Strong Quality Inspection and Project-Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized and honest
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Others: With past Project Owner's representative experience is an advantage.
