Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards by managing daily activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and enforcing safety protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Prepare construction schedule of housing project, amenities, land development, and

subdivision utilities.


• Monitor all construction timeline of housing project, amenities, land development,

and subdivision utilities.


• Generate weekly and monthly construction update.


• Evaluates and approvessubmitted billing of all contractors.


• Evaluates all claims and change order.


• Review and validate all construction cost ofsite.


• Tracking project progress, monitoring jobsite expenses, and preparing regular project

status reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Relevant project management experience


• Familiarity with construction/ project management software


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• A team player with leadership abilities
