About the role

As a PROJECT IN CHARGE at JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.', you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to guide the successful completion of construction projects
  • Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including resource allocation, procurement, scheduling, and quality control
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to coordinate project activities and resolve issues
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management on project performance
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
