About the role

Stile Italia Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Project In Charge (PIC) to join their team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a key member of the civil/structural engineering division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex construction projects. What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of assigned construction projects from inception to completion
  2. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, budget, and timeline
  3. Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians
  4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing effective strategies to address them
  5. Ensuring adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  6. Preparing comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations
  7. Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project In Charge or in a similar senior engineering role
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software
