Job Description
- Assist in preparing and sending demand letters, ensuring physical copies are signed by the Legal Compliance Head before dispatch.
- Provide assistance to the Business Development (BD) team by compiling legal, regulatory, and other necessary documents for bidding processes.
- Help prepare documents required for the renewal of licenses.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring that all licenses and mandatory filings are up to date.
- Support the updating of the contract database by checking the status of engagements and uploading fully signed documents as necessary.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a separate tracking sheet for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), ensuring the validity and signatures of both parties.
- Help ensure that all relevant documents for existing and ongoing clients, such as MSAs, MNDAs, and DPAs, are complete and properly filed.
- Assist in the monitoring and coordination of notarial requests, including the arrangement of monthly payments.
- Support coordination with HR for scheduling monthly Data Privacy Training.
- Assist in drafting materials for Data Privacy Officers (DPO).
- Provide assistance in various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Legal Management, or any relevant field.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage but not required (OJT experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of administrative and office procedures.
- Familiarity with legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks.
