Summary of Role We are seeking a forward -thinking and hands -on Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE) in our Manila office, which is conveniently located in Bonifacio Global City. This unique, hybrid role is for a legal professional who is passionate about moving beyond traditional practice. You will be the central expert for our most complex contract challenges, acting as the bridge between our clients, our global legal service teams, and our technology developers. Your mission is to codify legal expertise into scalable, tech -driven solutions that deliver incredible value. Your Impact & What You'll Do Your work is split between shaping our external -facing legal solutions (80%) and supporting our internal legal needs (20%), ensuring you have a broad and dynamic impact. Architect Legal Playbooks: Act as our go -to expert for complex contract negotiations. You'll draft and refine the contract redlining playbooks that form the backbone of our AI and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations, ensuring quality and consistency for our clients.Champion Our Solutions: Serve as the trusted legal subject matter expert in client -facing meetings. You'll build confidence by clearly communicating the value of our services and demonstrating how our technology solves real -world legal challenges for customer legal teams.Drive Tech -Powered Innovation: Collaborate directly with our technology teams to test, provide feedback on, and improve our AI -powered legal tools. You will be the essential "voice of the lawyer" in the development process, ensuring our products are practical and powerful.Elevate Global Teams: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices, enhancing the skills and capabilities of our legal service teams around the world.Provide Core In -House Support: Dedicate a portion of your time to negotiating our own client and supplier contracts, supporting compliance monitoring, and handling corporate governance matters to help grow and protect our business.
