This role ensures adherence to management system certification, stays up to date with regulatory changes, and communicates required actions to maintain continuous compliance.

Job Description

  • Track and report on regulatory compliance metrics and performance
  • Regulatory and Industry Standards monitoring
  • Legal and Regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Internal policy and procedure development
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential legal, regulatory and statutory risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology
  • With 3 years experience in managing regulatory affairs, including compliance with government requirements
  • Working knowledge of quality and food safety management systems, such as HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000
  • Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations governing the food manufacturing industry, including FDA regulations and the Food Safety Act of 2013
  • Experience in handling internal and external audits
  • With regulatory and legal knowledge
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
