Role Description

This is a full-time onsite/hybrid role for a Client Success Manager in the Healthcare sector. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer retention programs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing client data to enhance service delivery, resolving client issues, and developing strategies to improve overall client experience.
