Job Description

As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll ensure seamless client onboarding, maintain satisfaction throughout the engagement, and manage critical processes that strengthen client relationships and business growth.

Job Overview

Employment type: Project-based (6 months)

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH, 20 hours per week (flexible arrangement)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years in an Administrative, Customer Support, or Legal Support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or client management platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality client interactions
  • Professional written and spoken English

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding across various platforms (HubSpot, Chargebee, Clio)
  • Draft engagement agreements and follow up on signing
  • Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly and are delighted
  • Check in with clients during their matter to ensure satisfaction
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager to send gifts to referrers and new clients
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction over the life of matters
  • Manage client satisfaction surveys
  • Manage contacts in HubSpot
