Job Summary:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement in IT service and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and vendors to define requirements, set priorities, and resolve issues.
  • Manage and mentor project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide timely reports to senior management.
  • Implement best practices in IT governance, project management, and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
  • Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience as a full-time project manager (directly managing a project team)
  • With experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams through the entire project lifecycle. (Developers (IT), Designers (UI/UX), Testers (QA), Business Analysts, and etc
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and service management frameworks (ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
