Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize bid, tender, and proposal documents accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to gather data, finalize pricing, and ensure complete bid submissions.
- Track and manage bidding activities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, pricing, and client communications.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
- Assist with client inquiries and ensure professional communication at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, bid support, or sales operations. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
