About the role

Seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development & Sales Lead to join our dynamic team in Makati City office. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base across the Philippines. With a focus on new business development, you will identify and convert high-potential leads, negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and lead generation initiatives.
  2. Scheduling and conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  3. Negotiating contract terms and closing new business deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  6. Continuously tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics in CRM.
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product/service offerings.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the professional services or technology sectors
  2. Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business deals
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  4. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  5. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
