HR Specialist

As the HR Specialist – Total Rewards & Recruitment, you will play a dual‐role supporting both the full spectrum of generalist HR activities and specialist responsibilities in compensation, benefits and recruitment. You will be a key partner in ensuring our people strategy is consistently supported by effective total rewards programmes and strong talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards & Compensation:
Assist in designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programmes that attract, engage and retain top talent. (Roles like this frequently include these duties in Philippine-based job posts.)
- Support benefits administration: enrollments, vendor management, communications, data integrity in HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits and rewards.
- Prepare reports, metrics and dashboards relating to total rewards
- Collaborate with departments involved in facilitation of HR Activities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, use recruitment metrics
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements to position our company as an employer of choice.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advisory services to employees and managers (e.g., policies, employee relations, data entry, HRIS updates).
- Support performance management, learning & development initiatives, workforce planning and HR projects.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR documentation and data are accurate, up to date and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, or generalist work).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or digital HR tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
