As the HR Specialist – Total Rewards & Recruitment, you will play a dual‐role supporting both the full spectrum of generalist HR activities and specialist responsibilities in compensation, benefits and recruitment. You will be a key partner in ensuring our people strategy is consistently supported by effective total rewards programmes and strong talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards & Compensation:

Assist in designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programmes that attract, engage and retain top talent. (Roles like this frequently include these duties in Philippine-based job posts.)

  • Support benefits administration: enrollments, vendor management, communications, data integrity in HRIS systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits and rewards.

  • Prepare reports, metrics and dashboards relating to total rewards
  • Collaborate with departments involved in facilitation of HR Activities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, use recruitment metrics
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements to position our company as an employer of choice.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and advisory services to employees and managers (e.g., policies, employee relations, data entry, HRIS updates).
  • Support performance management, learning & development initiatives, workforce planning and HR projects.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR documentation and data are accurate, up to date and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, or generalist work).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or digital HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
