About the role

  • This is a full-time Payroll Specialist role with 11-16 Construction Corporation' in Apalit Pampanga. Reporting to the HR Lead Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the company's employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees total of employees
  • Ensuring accurate deductions contributions for each employee.
  • Preparing and filing all necessary payroll tax forms and reports.
  • Maintaining detailed payroll records and employee information
  • Answering employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Collaborating with the HR team to resolve any payroll-related issues
  • Implementing and adhering to all relevant payroll regulations and company policies

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (preferably SPROUT Solution) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills for effective employee liaison.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability: Ability to conduct weekly site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php19,000.00 per month
