About the role

PMTC Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Deputy Site Manager to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Deputy Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Site Manager in managing and coordinating all construction activities on site
  2. Oversee and monitor the work of tradesmen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  3. Manage and allocate resources, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency
  4. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, escalating to the Site Manager as necessary
  5. Collaborate with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions
  6. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance
  7. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
  2. Broad Knowledge and expertise in MEPFS are preferred.
  3. Construction Safety and Health Certification certified by DOLE is a plus.
  4. At least 4–5 years of relevant experience as project manager and minimum or 3 years working in fit-out. (Offices and Retail)
  5. Experience with mid- to large-scale commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.
  6. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  8. Proficient in project management, budget control, and resource allocation
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  10. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
  11. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  12. Must be open to working over time, night/day shift, weekends, when necessary.
