The Site Architect plays a vital role in bridging design and construction, ensuring that architectural plans are accurately implemented on-site according to approved drawings, specifications, and design intent. The Site Architect serves as the main link between the design team, project management, and construction site operations.

They are responsible for monitoring architectural works, resolving technical issues, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring that all construction activities align with quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. The Site Architect also reviews materials, shop drawings, and finishes, making sure that all architectural elements meet project requirements and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Supervise and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.

 Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and contractors for technical clarifications and site issues.

 Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and finishes.

 Monitor site progress and report deviations from design intent.

 Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including daily reports and inspection records.

 Provide design input during construction to address site constraints or modifications.

 Ensure implementation of quality and safety standards related to architectural works.

 Participate in coordination and progress meetings with project stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Architecture

 Professional license an advantage but not required

 1 year of work experience in the related field

 Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in architectural works.

 Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila and/or provincial projects

Skills and Competencies Required

 Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.

 Ability to interpret drawings and identify discrepancies.

 Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.

 Attention to detail and design aesthetics.

 Effective communication and leadership on-site.
