About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Taguig City Metro Manila. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation and driving positive organisational change. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and workforce needs
  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR-related matters
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address organisational and talent development needs
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of employee engagement and communication programmes
  • Monitoring and analysing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational culture

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives
  • Proven track record of driving organisational change and improving employee engagement
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
