Job Description

  1. Site management and supervision: Stay at the project site and be directly responsible for the daily management of the construction site, including the organization and dispatch of workers and the deployment of equipment.

  2. Material and tool management: Responsible for receiving and inspecting the incoming materials, effectively controlling and distributing the materials and tools on-site, and keeping records of incoming and outgoing materials.

  3. Compliance management: Ensure that construction activities comply with local laws and regulations, industry standards, and internal company regulations.

  4. Progress control and reporting: Monitor the construction progress, adjust the plan in time to deal with delays or emergencies, and report the project progress to superiors regularly.

  5. Quality management and acceptance: Lead the quality inspection at each stage of the project to ensure that the project quality meets the standards and passes the acceptance smoothly.

Qualifications

  1. Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in on-site management of photovoltaic power stations or related construction projects.

  2. Professional knowledge and skills: proficient in photovoltaic system design principles, installation technology, commissioning and maintenance knowledge, and capable of drawing review and on-site guidance.

  3. Communication skills: good communication and coordination skills, excellent English oral and written expression skills.

  4. Qualification Certificate: Possess relevant qualification certificates, such as civil engineering, electrical engineer, safety officer, etc. (bonus points)
