Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing plays a key role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts. Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

Location: Calumpang, Marikina

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, target markets and industry trends.

  2. Generating leads and prospects through networking, cold calling and other means.

  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders.

  4. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

  5. Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

  6. Negotiating contracts, terms and pricing with clients and partners.

  7. Identifying new markets and geographical areas for business expansion.

  8. Staying updated on the company's products or services and understanding how they can meet client needs.

  9. Collaborating with cross functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support business growth.

  10. Setting and achieving sales and revenue targets.

  11. Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends. Addressing client issues and concerns to maintain client satisfaction.

  12. Managing and allocating resources effectively to achieve business development goals.

  13. Taking part in the sales team, including setting targets, training, and performance evaluation.

  14. Analyzing sales data and trends to forecast future sales and plan accordingly.

  15. Providing regular reports on sales performance, metrics and market trends to senior management.

  16. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services effectively.

  17. Planning, executing and overseeing marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.

  18. Managing and enhancing the company's brand and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  19. Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends and competitors.

  20. Overseeing digital marketing efforts, social media, email marketing, SEO and content marketing.

  21. Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources efficiently.

  22. Staying informed about the company's products and services and ensuring marketing materials reflect their features and benefits.

  23. Analyzing marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and making data driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
