Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.

· Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and assets.

· Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Digital Marketing:

· Manage the organization's online presence, including website content, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and social media platforms.

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

· Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Event Coordination:

· Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase products or services and engage with customers.

· Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event follow-up.

Content Creation:

· Develop compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, blog posts, and social media posts.

· Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

· Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

· Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar editing platforms

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

· Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

  • · Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates.

Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies:

  • With above average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially PowerPoint)
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Must be amenable to work in Marikina.
