Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager drives the holistic marketing strategy for Personal Care and/or Health Care brands, ensuring integrated execution across digital/e-commerce and traditional/retail channels to achieve market share and sales growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans (online, offline, retail) to build brand equity and drive product sales.
- ·Own the e-commerce strategy (optimization, paid media, content) and manage all digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing).
- Plan and implement traditional advertising (ATL) and Trade Marketing (BTL, in-store promotions, merchandising) with the Sales team.
- Champion brand consistency, oversee NPD/packaging marketing, and ensure all claims and communications are compliant and compelling.
- Analyze market data, competitor activity, and digital analytics to measure ROI and optimize spending across channels.
- Manage direct reports and external agency partners (media, creative, digital).
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing, preferably within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
- Proven success in both Digital/E-commerce and Traditional Marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
