Job Title: General Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient General Administrator to join our team at Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and support the company's overall objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist day to day operations for the members (OEP's customers)

  • Mostly back office work and data entry

  • Covers data entry Xero (accounting software work)

  • Statement reconciliation

  • Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes

  • Collections for customers/businesses

  • Job and quote creation

  • Quote follow up

  • Generic follow up – (Calling the members of a missing requirement, checking to confirm

booking of a job & other clarifications)

  • Invoicing

  • Preparing all completed jobs to invoicing stage

  • Auditing technician's compliance

  • Generating KPI reports

  • One off report requested by members

  • Receives after hours and/or regular calls depending on the member requirement

  • Makes outbound calls as needed (B2B calls)

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • At least 1 year back office experience

  • Experience in customer service is favourable

  • Immediate to advanced computer skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent Multi—tasking skills
