The General Manager will lead the company's strategic direction and oversee all aspects of operations, with a strong emphasis on driving marketing and sales performance. The GM will be responsible for expanding market share, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring revenue growth through effective leadership of the marketing and sales teams. This role requires deep experience in the FMCG sector, commercial acumen, and a passion for consumer-driven strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing operations, sales, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.
  • Experience in both distribution and manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php170,000.00 per month
