Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for secure and efficient IT systems We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team and take charge of our infrastructure, identity management, and user support. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations across our enterprise applications and cloud environments.

What You'll Do:

System & Cloud Management

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications integrated with Microsoft Entra ID
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and ensure identity synchronization
  • Apply updates, patches, and security baselines aligned with Microsoft 365 governance

Active Directory & Identity Management:

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID and manage user lifecycles and security groups
  • Design Conditional Access policies and RBAC
  • Configure and manage IdP solutions (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
  • Implement SSO and MFA using Microsoft Authenticator

User Provisioning & Access Control:

  • Automate onboarding/offboarding via Entra ID
  • Manage access permissions and entitlement reviews
  • Collaborate with HR and department leads for workflow optimization

Security & Compliance:

  • Conduct security assessments and respond to identity threats
  • Implement data protection measures and incident response protocols

SharePoint Online Administration:

  • Manage sites, permissions, and external access
  • Optimize usage for document management and intranet publishing

Backup & Recovery:

  • Develop and test backup strategies
  • Ensure data integrity and availability
  • Experience with CubeBackup is a plus

Client & User Support:

  • Conduct IT discovery calls for client onboarding
  • Provide tailored identity solutions and technical support

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and policies
  • Generate reports on identity health and compliance

What We're Looking For:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in system or network administration
  • Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Unix, and networking protocols
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with ITSM tools and scripting for bulk updates
