Position: General Manager Assistant
Salary Range: 50K - 100K monthly, depending on the candidate's work experience and skills
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Location: Pasig
Reports to: Headquarters General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative management, business operations, financial coordination, and personnel arrangements in the local Philippine workplace.
Monitor the implementation of various workplace policies and systems.
Assist the General Manager in conducting market research.
Translate relevant documents as needed, from Chinese to English or English to Chinese.
Support the General Manager in effectively executing projects, maintaining external business and government relations in the Philippines, and ensuring compliant and efficient business operations.
Position requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese.
Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
1-3 years of experience as an assistant or in a related role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
