Technical SEO & Automation Specialist – Legal Marketing

About the Role

We're building an advanced SEO and automation system for a national legal brand. Our mission is to create and manage 30,000+ optimized pages using automation, AI tools, and smart systems

We're looking for a Technical SEO & Automation Specialist who knows how to connect APIs, AI workflows, and SEO tools to build and scale massive websites efficiently.

You'll work directly with the SEO & Automation Director and Brand Director to make sure everything runs fast, indexes correctly, and grows in rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Automate SEO tasks across multiple domains (on-page, interlinking, metadata, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain scalable systems for content upload, QA, and optimization.
  • Manage indexing, site speed, schema, and analytics through automation.
  • Build dashboards and scripts to track performance and crawl data.
  • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer, Frase, Jasper, etc.) into content pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between content automation and design systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical SEO or SEO automation experience.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Search Console, RankMath, Screaming Frog
  • APIs, Zapier, Sheets API, Python, or equivalent automation tools
  • On-page and off-page SEO fundamentals
  • Proven ability to automate repetitive SEO workflows at scale.
  • Analytical, system-oriented, and able to troubleshoot with precision.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing 10,000+ page websites or large content databases.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content and publishing tools.
  • Background in legal, medical, or compliance-heavy SEO projects.

About the Company

We're developing a network of automated legal brands built for scale.

You'll join a focused, automation-first team working directly with the Brand Director and SEO & Automation Director to create an engine that grows itself.
