
Technical Support Representative

We're looking for a Technical Support Representative who's passionate about solving problems, loves helping customers, and can explain technical concepts in simple, friendly language.
What You'll Do
- Be the first line of support for customer questions via email, chat, and video.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues — from user errors to technical bugs — and escalate when necessary.
- Guide customers through configuration, onboarding, and best practices to help them get the most out of the platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs.
- Document solutions and FAQs to continuously improve our knowledge base and internal processes.
- Track and prioritize tickets using our support system, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze recurring issues to identify opportunities for product or process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, SaaS support, or customer success.
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate tech speak into plain English.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Jira, or similar.
- Tech-curious — you enjoy learning new software, APIs, and integrations.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused — you genuinely care about helping people succeed.
- (Bonus) Experience with CRM, HR tech, recruiting software, or integrations (e.g. Zapier, API calls).
