Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist operators and clients using our Vending Machines and AI Smart Fridges. This remote role follows rotational shifts aligned with AEDT. You will guide operators through technical processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth machine operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical ability and can explain procedures in simple, step-by-step instructions.

Work Schedule

  • Remote work
  • Rotational shifts: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • 10-hour shifts aligned with AEDT (with 1 hours and 30 minutes break)

Responsibilities

Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting

  • Provide end-to-end support for machine setup
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, errors, and operational issues
  • Guide operators through technical steps clearly and effectively

Operator Support & Training

  • Advise operators on product selection for different sites
  • Create and update guides, videos, and manuals
  • Assist in training operators on best practices

Site & Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for site issues
  • Provide timely updates and resolutions

Parts & Maintenance Support

  • Help operators identify parts and process warranty claims

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or equipment troubleshooting
  • Interest or experience with vending machines or AI Smart Fridges
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with offshore customers (AU, US, NZ, EU preferred)
  • Ability to create clear and structured written guides
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with remote work and rotating shifts

Compensation

  • $750 AUD per month (remote, full-time)
