We are seeking a Marketing Technology and Automation Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This role will own workflow automation, systems integration, data governance, and reporting to enable scalable and measurable marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and thrives on building efficient, data-driven systems that deliver measurable impact.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–10 years in B2B marketing with at least 4+ years in marketing operations/RevOps
  • Proven HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, and Content hubs
  • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Strong background in data architecture, QA, and governance
  • Experience creating dashboards and multi-touch attribution reporting

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Prior consulting or agency experience
  • Exposure to enrichment, ad platforms, or event/webinar integrations
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage automations, workflows, and integrations
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot lead lifecycle, taxonomy, and UTM governance
  • Proven track record in building dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Experience supporting internal and client-facing teams with scalable MarTech solutions

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Manage integrations across CRM, enrichment, event, and ad platforms
  • Ensure clean data governance, taxonomy, and QA processes
  • Develop attribution models and dashboards connecting marketing to pipeline and revenue
  • Pilot new MarTech tools and features to improve efficiency
  • Document processes and train internal and client stakeholders

Negotiable

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Remote, US Eastern/Central overlap preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
