Remote | Full-Time | PH Night Shift

We are looking for a skilled Intercom Specialist to help us implement, customize, and optimize within our existing systems — including seamless integration with HubSpot. This is a full-time, long-term role where you'll work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure Intercom is set up to streamline communication, automation, and customer engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Intercom setup, integration, and workflow automation, and is comfortable collaborating across departments to align tools with business goals. You must also be available to work PH night shift hours and join extended team meetings during the initial project phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and setup of Intercom, ensuring full functionality across teams.
• Integrate Intercom with HubSpot and other internal systems to streamline customer data and communication flows.
• Configure chatbots, workflows, automations, and custom message routing within Intercom.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient system configurations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure smooth performance and data accuracy.
• Train internal users on how to maximize Intercom features and best practices.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of the Intercom environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting up and integrating , ideally with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
• Strong understanding of API connections, data mapping, and automation workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Willing to work PH night shift and attend extended team meetings during setup and testing phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, customer success, or marketing automation environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Make (Integromat) or similar integration platforms.
• Expert technical understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or API documentation (a plus, not required).
