About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist at CiD Global Solutions, Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients. This full-time role is based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, offering a flexible and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints by identifying and addressing their needs
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
- Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
