
Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy. You will play a key part in ensuring excellent customer experience and supporting our customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via cases, calls, or chats.
- Record and escalate customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Process customer emails efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Contribute positively to the performance and success of the Customer Operations team.
- Meet weekly productivity targets set by the team manager.
- Manage diverse customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of GDS platform experience (1G, 1A, or 1S).
- Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills with empathy and compassion.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Fluent in English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
- Willingness to work in a Hybrid set-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
