Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service support during a 10-day beauty conference.
- Assist attendees with registration, directions, and event-related inquiries.
- Handle onsite calls for 6 days, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
- Record and escalate customer feedback to management when necessary.
- Maintain a welcoming, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, events, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite for scheduled days.
Work Duration:
- 4 days of customer service support during the beauty conference.
- 6 days of onsite call support.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php8, Php9,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 per week
