Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service support during a 10-day beauty conference.
  • Assist attendees with registration, directions, and event-related inquiries.
  • Handle onsite calls for 6 days, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
  • Record and escalate customer feedback to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a welcoming, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, events, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite for scheduled days.

Work Duration:

  • 4 days of customer service support during the beauty conference.
  • 6 days of onsite call support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php8, Php9,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week
