Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
Assist customers with account management, billing, orders, and technical support.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services when applicable.
Continuously update knowledge of company offerings, processes, and tools.
Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and overall client experience.
