1. Timely Response to customer inquiries
1.1 Responsiveness
Respond to customer inquiry and concern within 6 hours from receipt
Respond to customers on all platforms intended for customer interaction
Update Customer details and inquiry logs real time
1.2 Call Resolution
Resolve general inquiries received within the first touchpoint with the customer
Close aftersales service assistance requests within established timelines
Timely and accurate submission of progress reports of inquiries and concerns handled
2. ESCALATIONS AND RESOLUTIONS
2.1 Case Escalations
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with other Departments to efficiently resolve customer concerns and inquiries
Escalate concerns and cases that are beyond the authority limits of the Customer Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
