- Identify and explore new sales opportunities and channels.
- Manage Sales Teams:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and teams to achieve sales goals.
- Establish clear performance expectations and sales targets for each region.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess performance and provide guidance.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales figures and updates from each region.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals with important clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
- Develop sales budgets and manage expenditures to ensure efficiency.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize profitability.
- Ensure optimal pricing strategies in alignment with market conditions.
- Collaboration Across Departments:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on product promotions and campaigns.

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Create training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Foster a positive work environment to encourage high morale and motivation.
- Market Research:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activities, and changes in customer demands.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Policy and Process Improvement:
- Implement best practices in sales processes and policies.
- Identify and execute process improvements to increase sales productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a National Sales Manager, Sales Director, or similar role.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques.
- Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills for large-scale deals.
