We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and oversee our lead generation efforts.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of BDRs responsible for outbound and inbound lead generation, ensuring the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working with offshore (US or international) clients, a strong background in sales operations, and proven leadership abilities.
This is a remote role requiring occasional on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead qualification processes and optimize campaign results.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with offshore clients and prospects.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training for BDRs.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven experience managing or leading a BDR/SDR or inside sales team.
- Experience working with offshore clients (preferably US-based).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to work on a graveyard shift schedule (aligning with US business hours).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
