About the Role

  • We are looking for an Investor Engagement Associate to join our team in BGC, Taguig. In this role, you will support our Investor Engagement Team by handling investor communications, conducting research, and analysing investor data. You will play a key part in projects related to Annual General Meetings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance activities.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with institutional investors as part of proxy voting and corporate actions.
  • Build relationships with asset managers, pension funds, asset owners, and intermediaries.
  • Manage communication through phone, email, and other channels during campaigns.
  • Collect, validate, and analyse investor intelligence data and maintain records in our database.
  • Support client reporting and presentations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve reporting structures and deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup).
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
