IT Analyst/IT Service Desk (L1/L2 Support)

Location: PhilPlans Corporate Center, BGC – Taguig

Work Setup: 100% Onsite, Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year and 9 months in IT Service Desk, Technical Support, or related roles
  • Experience supporting international clients (US, EMEA, AUS)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Active Directory, Office 365 Support, VPN, Printer, and/or network issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 1/2 IT support across different time zones
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows 10/desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office apps
  • Support and manage accounts in Active Directory
  • Log, track, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
