Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Renewable Energy to join our growing team in BGC, Taguig City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth for our renewable energy solutions, including solar PV systems, hybrid energy solutions, battery storage, and energy efficiency products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and deep market knowledge in the Philippine renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, utility, and government sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, client engagement, technical consultation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market potential.

Market Engagement & Client Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, developers, EPCs, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and ROI analyses for potential projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and network.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to deliver tailored energy solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to product development and executive teams.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy), Business, or a related field. MBA or further technical certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy or power sector.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Solar PV systems (on-grid and off-grid)
  • Energy storage systems (battery energy storage, hybrid systems)
  • Energy efficiency solutions
  • Philippine energy regulations and the local energy market structure
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and basic project financial modeling.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and occasionally within the region.

Preferred:

  • Existing network of corporate, industrial, and government energy decision-makers in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of RE licensing, project permitting, and the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP).
  • Experience working with Net Metering, ERC policies, or DOE programs.
