Investor Engagement Associate

Location: Hybrid – BGC, Taguig

We are seeking an Investor Engagement Associate to join a leading organization in the corporate governance, investor relations, and financial services industry. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting clients on global annual meetings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with institutional investors (asset managers, pension funds, asset owners, etc.) as an information agent for proxy voting and corporate actions.
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks with investors and intermediaries.
• Manage multichannel communication (inbound, outbound, email) during campaigns such as AGMs, EGMs, and M&A.
• Collect, validate, and analyze investor intelligence data, including governance and ESG-related insights.
• Maintain internal databases and support the preparation of client reports.
• Contribute to enhancing deliverables, including report layouts and structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Courses in Sustainability or Corporate Governance are an advantage but not required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups). Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with enthusiasm to learn and motivation to contribute to an international team.

Work Setup:

Hybrid arrangement, with the office located in BGC, Taguig.
