Admin Supervisor

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales support, administrative operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably handling multi-site or cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, administrative workflows, documentation processes, and customer support functions.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of effectively coordinating with various departments and BU Heads.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational tools such as trackers, workflow systems, or databases.
- Ability to develop and implement standardized processes across multiple teams or business units.
- Strong decision-making skills with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and manage sensitive issues effectively.
- Willing to work onsite and coordinate across different BUs when necessary.
