We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role includes clerical, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office communications, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage supplies, inventories, and office logistics.
  • Support HR and accounting teams in clerical tasks when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related field).
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Can work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work onsite Bagumbayan.
  • Can start asap will be prioritized.
