Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role includes clerical, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office communications, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Manage supplies, inventories, and office logistics.
- Support HR and accounting teams in clerical tasks when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related field).
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Can work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work onsite Bagumbayan.
- Can start asap will be prioritized.
