What You'll Do

  • Keep us on track: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
  • Polish our communications: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, internal documents, and presentations.
  • Be our communication hub: Handle incoming/outgoing emails and calls with professionalism and tact.
  • Stay organized: Maintain digital and physical filing systems to keep everything easily accessible.
  • Plan with precision: Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Support the bottom line: Assist with basic bookkeeping, track expenses, and monitor budgets.
  • Keep us stocked: Manage office supplies and coordinate timely replenishments.
  • Be the team's backbone: Provide reliable administrative support to both on-site and visiting staff.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative or Virtual Assistant — ideally supporting U.S.-based teams or clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Discreet, dependable, and experienced in handling sensitive information.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tools or accounting processes.
  • Experience supporting remote or international teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
